Tomtoc Best Picks 2026: 6 Bestsellers Worth Buying First, From Carry-On to Sling
You open tomtoc's US store looking for one bag and land in front of more than two hundred listings: sleeves in a dozen sizes, slings in three volumes, backpacks named after navigators and aviators. Every one of them sounds sensible. None of them tells you where to start.
Here's a shortcut. tomtoc keeps its own Bestsellers collection, and the homepage puts a "Best Sellers" tab front and center. Olivia Reviews went through that list in October 2026 and pulled out the six pieces that cover the most ground, one for each kind of carrier, with US prices and specs taken straight from the brand's listings.
Quick take: Start with the Navigator-T66 Liteway 40L if you travel, the Defender-A13 sleeve if your laptop already rides in another bag, the Navigator-T24 7L if you want a laptop on one strap, the GameOn-G49 if you own a Switch 2, the Aviator-T35 X-Pac 1.5L for the bare essentials and the VintPack-TA1 22L if you want a backpack with some personality. Shipping is free in the contiguous US with no minimum, and returns run 30 days. Before you add anything to the cart, see today's Tomtoc deals.
How These Six Were Chosen
No made-up rankings here. Every product below sits in tomtoc's Bestsellers collection on tomtoc.com as of October 2026. From that list, Olivia Reviews picked one piece per use case so the picks don't overlap: one travel pack, one sleeve, one laptop sling, one gaming bag, one everyday mini bag and one daily backpack. The order is by use case, not by popularity, because tomtoc doesn't publish sales numbers and we won't guess them.
Pick 1 for Travelers: Navigator-T66 Liteway Travel Laptop Backpack 40L
Think of this as a carry-on suitcase you wear. tomtoc built the Liteway 40L for 3–5 day trips, with a clamshell main compartment you pack flat, then zip shut. The structure is compressible, so a half-packed bag doesn't flop around, and the brand lists an IATA-approved carry-on size.
The laptop section is separate and padded, fitting up to a 17.3-inch laptop and a 13-inch iPad, and it opens 90 to 180 degrees for security checks. Quick-access front and top pockets hold a passport and earbuds, side pockets take bottles, and a luggage pass-through strap lets it ride on a roller handle. The fabric is PFAS-free polyester with YKK zippers.
Price: $99.99 in Black, Green, Gray or Dark Blue. Start here if you'd rather walk past baggage claim than wait at it.
Pick 2 for Laptop Protection: Defender-A13 Laptop Sleeve (14-inch MacBook Pro)
The sleeve that started tomtoc is still on its Bestsellers list. The A13 wraps a laptop in padding with corner protection, and tomtoc says it passed a military-standard drop test in September 2020. That's the brand's own test description, not a promise for every fall, but it tells you where the design effort went.
For the 14-inch MacBook Pro version, tomtoc lists internal dimensions of 12.31" x 8.71" x 0.61" and compatibility with the M4, M4 Pro and M4 Max models (A3112, A3401, A3185), plus 2021–2023 14-inch MacBook Pro models. A front zippered pocket (10.04" x 8.07") holds a charger, and there's a small strap for an AirTag or keys. The exterior is spill-resistant polyester, and the zippers are YKK.
Price: $34.99–$35.99 depending on color, from Black and Dark Gray to Green, Light Blue, Pink, Sand and Orange. Start here if your backpack or tote has no laptop padding of its own.

Pick 3 for One-Strap Commutes: Navigator-T24 Sling Bag 7L
A vertical sling that actually takes a laptop. The T24 7L has a compartment for up to a 14-inch laptop, a dedicated pocket for an 11-inch iPad Pro, a quick-access front pocket with a key strap and a hidden back pocket for a passport or wallet.
It also borrows from the sleeve side of the catalog: tomtoc lists its patented CornerArmor technology and high-density padding. The fabric is 100% recycled and water-resistant, the zippers are YKK, the buckles are Duraflex, and dual buckles let you swap the padded strap between left and right shoulders.
Price: $61.99 in Black, $62.99 in Dark Gray or Khaki. A smaller 5L version is listed at $54.99. Start here if you want to ditch the backpack but still bring the laptop.
Pick 4 for Switch 2 Owners: GameOn-G49 Nintendo Switch 2 Sling Bag
A case protects a console. This sling carries the whole setup. The G49 has an EVA compartment with soft lining and a Velcro strap that holds the Switch 2 in place, an impact-resistant bottom, and a shell-like opening that unzips to the full interior.
Inside, tomtoc lists space for a Pro Controller and charger, 8 built-in game card slots and two mesh pockets for cables and earphones. The fabric is water-resistant with YKK zippers, and you can carry it on the adjustable shoulder strap or by the top handle.
Price: $49.99 in Black, Gray or Red. Start here if the Switch 2 leaves the house more than it stays docked.
Pick 5 for Bare Essentials: Aviator-T35 X-Pac Chest Bag 1.5L
Phone, cards, keys, earbuds, done. The T35 1.5L is small (8.27" x 4.53" x 2.76", 235 grams) and built from X-Pac VX21 sailcloth with ballistic nylon. tomtoc describes the VX21 fabric as 100% waterproof, and the tri-compartment layout has an RFID-blocking section for cards.
Wear it on your chest for crowds and airports, or slide it around to your back as a sling. The strap adjusts from 39.77" to 63.39", bag included, so it works over a winter coat too.
Price: $60.99–$61.99 in Black, Khaki, White, Green and Purple (Coral was sold out when we checked). It also comes in 2.5L and 3.5L sizes. Start here if you want your hands and pockets free on a travel day.
Pick 6 for Daily Backpack Carry: VintPack-TA1 Laptop Backpack 22L
Most laptop backpacks look like they belong in a conference room. The VintPack-TA1 goes the other way: a military-style flap top with brown straps and a top carry handle that suits weekends as well as workdays.
Underneath the vintage look it's organized. tomtoc lists a main compartment, a padded computer compartment for up to a 16-inch laptop, a tablet compartment for up to a 12.9-inch iPad, a zip front pocket, a magnetic front pocket, a top quick-access pocket and two side pockets. A side entrance lets you reach in without opening the flap, which helps at security. It measures 17.72" x 11.81" x 5.91" and weighs 900 grams.
Price: $86.99 (Black and Yellow were in stock; Gray and Dark were sold out when we checked). Start here if you want one backpack for the office, campus and Saturday errands.
Also on tomtoc's Bestsellers list and worth a look: the Explorer-T21 Sling Bag S ($43.99–$44.99), a compact 840D polyester sling you can wear across your chest, back or shoulder.

Final Verdict
tomtoc's own Bestsellers list is a reliable way to cut a big catalog down to size, and these six cover nearly every way people carry gear: a 40L carry-on, a corner-padded sleeve, a laptop sling, a Switch 2 bag, a tiny chest bag and a vintage-style daily backpack. Pick the one that matches your busiest day, confirm the device fit on the listing, and grab the current Tomtoc offers before you check out.
