What to check when buying bedding and soft furnishings

• Measure in centimetres, not by size name. Bed sizes differ between countries, so a "king" from one market will not fit a "king" from another. The same applies to curtain drops.
• Mattress depth for fitted sheets. Brands assume different standard depths, and a deep mattress needs a deep fitted sheet.
• Fibre before thread count. Long-staple cotton wears better and pills less; linen is cool, durable and creases by design; polyester blends resist creasing and breathe less. Beyond a moderate figure, thread count is inflated by counting plied threads and tells you little.
• Weave. Percale is crisp, matte and cooler; sateen is smoother, slightly lustrous and warmer.
• Filling and construction on quilts. Stitch pattern decides whether filling shifts and bunches after washing.
• Curtains: width should be considerably more than the window so they gather rather than stretch flat, and check the heading type matches your track or pole.
• Shrinkage and care. Natural fibres shrink on a first hot wash. Check whether the item is pre-shrunk.
• Colour on screen is approximate, particularly for whites and greys. Order a swatch if the brand offers one.

Before you order

• Compare the total at checkout, not the listed price. Shipping and tax appear at the final step, and on a cross-border order duties are added later again.
• Check the delivery estimate against when you actually need the item, especially for a gift.
• Read the return terms for the specific item. Sale and personalised items are the ones most often excluded.
• Check the product page specification rather than the category description — size, fit and compatibility details live there.
• Keep the packaging until you are sure, since most brands require original condition for a return.

How to use a Tachehf code

1. Open our Tachehf deals page and pick an offer.
2. Reveal the code — the Tachehf site opens in a new tab.
3. Add what you want to the cart on tachehf.com.
4. At checkout, paste the code into the Promo code or Discount field and click Apply.
5. Check the order summary shows the discount before you pay.

Codes expire, hit usage caps, or get withdrawn without notice. If one does not apply, try the next offer on the page.

How we list Tachehf offers

We collect publicly available Tachehf offers on one page and link straight through to the brand. We do not invent codes and we do not publish discount figures we cannot see — where an offer has no stated amount, it is listed as a deal rather than a percentage.
