Returns and warranty
From Rollga's own refund policy:
- Condition — items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Exclusions — final-sale and some other items cannot be returned.
Policies change without notice. Read the current version on rollga.com before ordering — this is a summary, not a substitute.
What to check when buying recovery and mobility tools
- Density, which is the main variable. Softer rollers are more forgiving and suit beginners; firmer ones apply more pressure. Starting too firm is the most common mistake and usually means the tool goes unused.
- Surface profile. Smooth rollers spread pressure; textured and contoured ones concentrate it. Contoured designs that leave a channel for the spine are more comfortable for rolling the back.
- Length. Longer rollers are more stable and better for the back; shorter ones travel and suit limbs.
- Core construction. Hollow rigid cores take more weight without deforming; solid foam softens over time.
- Weight capacity, where stated.
Use it on muscle, not on joints, bone or the lower back where it is unsupported. Keep sessions brief and stop at discomfort rather than pain — rolling harder is not rolling better. Anything that produces sharp pain, numbness or tingling is a reason to stop and, if it persists, to see a physiotherapist rather than to buy a firmer roller.
Before you order
- Compare the total at checkout, not the listed price. Shipping and tax appear at the final step, and on a cross-border order duties are added later again.
- Check the delivery estimate against when you actually need the item, especially for a gift.
- Read the return terms for the specific item. Sale and personalised items are the ones most often excluded.
- Check the product page specification rather than the category description — size, fit and compatibility details live there.
- Keep the packaging until you are sure, since most brands require original condition for a return.
How to use a Rollga code
- Open our Rollga deals page and pick an offer.
- Reveal the code — the Rollga site opens in a new tab.
- Add what you want to the cart on rollga.com.
- At checkout, paste the code into the Promo code or Discount field and click Apply.
- Check the order summary shows the discount before you pay.
Codes expire, hit usage caps, or get withdrawn without notice. If one does not apply, try the next offer on the page.
How we list Rollga offers
We collect publicly available Rollga offers on one page and link straight through to the brand. We do not invent codes and we do not publish discount figures we cannot see — where an offer has no stated amount, it is listed as a deal rather than a percentage.
