Rajani MD Review 2026: PlasmaGLO Devices, Specs and Return Rules

Rajani MD Review 2026: PlasmaGLO Devices, Specs and Return Rules

It often starts with a video. Late in the evening your phone autoplays one skincare explainer after another, and somewhere along the way a white silicone LED mask with a strap behind the head and a section that wraps under the chin catches your eye. By the third video you have the store open in another tab, a cart with $425 in it, and a dozen questions the videos didn't answer.

That store is Rajani MD, and those questions are what this review covers: what the PlasmaGLO devices actually are, what the serums contain, what everything costs, and how strict the return rules are. Olivia Reviews worked through the brand's product listings, founder page and shipping and returns policy in October 2026. Everything below is taken from those pages and attributed to the brand.

Quick take: Rajani MD sells its own PlasmaGLO™ LED devices alongside skincare, Korean sheet masks, wellness products and a few partner brands. The devices come with unusually detailed spec sheets, and the entry point is a $129 LED gua sha (marked down from $277). The catch is the return policy: opened devices carry a 10% fee, opened skincare can't go back, and discounted items are final sale. See today's Rajani MD deals before you fill your cart.

The founder and the idea

Rajani MD carries the name of Dr. Anil Rajani, MD. The brand's founder page presents him as a figure in aesthetic medicine with more than twenty years of clinic work. It credits him with creating in-clinic treatments the brand calls Plasmafill™ and Plasmasculpt™, and describes him as an educator who runs a widely followed YouTube channel and professional training programs.

The brand's explanation for the product line is simple: Dr. Rajani noticed a gap between what happens during clinic appointments and what people do at home between them, and built an at-home range to fill it. The "Our Philosophy" page talks about keeping routines powerful but uncomplicated, with education as a big part of the pitch. That shows up in the store, which sells video courses such as a gua sha course alongside the products.

The Shopify store lists Hood River, Oregon as its address. The catalog runs to roughly 90 items, and most belong to Rajani MD's own lines. A handful come from partner brands, including NEWA radio-frequency devices, Revision Skincare's D·E·J Eye Cream and ASCEplus products.

Five products worth a closer look

PlasmaGLO™ LED Face and Jowl Mask ($425)

The PlasmaGLO Face and Jowl Mask with its LEDs switched on. Image: Rajani MD.

This is the brand's signature device. The spec list on the product page reads: 234 LEDs arranged as 78 triple-LED bulbs, with three wavelengths (red at 630nm ±5nm, near-infrared at 830nm and blue at 415nm). It's a flexible silicone mask shaped to extend below the jawline, connected to a controller that holds a 3.7V, 2,600mAh lithium battery. Each session runs 10 minutes and the mask switches itself off.

According to the brand's FAQ, a full charge lasts around 6–8 sessions, the controller should be charged for at least four hours before first use, and the LEDs are rated for up to 50,000 hours. In the box: the mask, two removable eye protectors, the controller, four adjustable straps, a USB-C cable and a storage bag. The mask carries a 2-year warranty when bought directly from Rajani MD.

PlasmaGLO™ LED HALO Hair, Face and Neck Mask ($750)

The HALO covers the face, chin and top of the head. Image: Rajani MD.

The HALO is the larger, pricier option. The brand lists 258 LEDs (78 triple bulbs plus 24 single bulbs), the same three wavelengths as the Face and Jowl Mask, and an added PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) module. There are four energy modes combining LED and PEMF. According to the listing, red light runs across the top of the head, while the face and chin section uses red, infrared and PEMF together. Mode 1 lets you switch off the near-infrared LEDs.

Instead of a hand-held controller, it uses a 3.65V, 2,600mAh clip-on battery pack. It includes two eye shields, three straps, a USB-C cable and a storage bag, and it also comes with a 2-year warranty.

PlasmaGLO™ LED Gua Sha Suite ($129, was $277)

This is the low-cost way into Rajani MD's device range. It's a cordless, rechargeable gua sha tool with a beechwood contact surface, 630nm red and 830nm near-infrared LEDs, and a vibration setting. The brand lists a 3.7V, 420mAh battery and 10-minute sessions, and its routine guide works in three-minute sections, one to five times a week.

The kit includes the device, a charging base, a USB-C cable, a storage pouch, a free bottle of HydraGLO Oil (a squalane and essential-oil blend, 59 ml) and a free video course. Because it's discounted, check the final-sale note before you buy.

PlasmaGLO™ LED Duo ($135)

The Duo is a pair of small, flexible silicone patches that sit under the eyes, each with red (630nm ±5nm) and near-infrared (830nm ±5nm) LEDs plus PEMF. Sessions are nine minutes and run on a 3.7V, 490mAh battery, with a charging case for storage. The brand also includes 15 optional pairs of hydrocolloid patches, listing hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, vitamin C and centella asiatica among their ingredients. Refill packs are sold separately at $45.

Retinol A Serum, 2% ($159)

On the skincare side, this overnight serum is one of the products the store features most. The brand lists a blend of three retinoids (retinaldehyde, retinol and retinyl palmitate) with vitamin C, vitamin E and avocado oil, in a 1.01 oz (30 ml) bottle. Rajani MD says it's free of parabens, fragrance, phthalates, mineral oil and dyes. Retinoids aren't for everyone, so read the label and patch test, especially if you use other strong actives.

Is Rajani MD right for you?

Worth a look if you already follow Dr. Rajani's content, want an LED mask with clearly listed specs, or like tool-based routines such as gua sha and cold rolling. International buyers also benefit from duties paid at checkout.

Skip it if you want an easy return on a device you've already opened, you're shopping only from the sale section and want flexibility, or you'd rather buy single-purpose products from a smaller catalog.

Ways to pay less

We didn't find a public promo code on the store in October 2026. The savings Rajani MD does publish are real, though. The Gua Sha Suite's drop from $277 to $129 and the CryoGLO Roller at $49 (from $70) were the clearest markdowns, and the NEWA+ cordless RF device was $299 (from $439). Subscriptions start at 15% off and rise to 20% from the fourth order. Every order includes a free gift, and a friend's referral gives a first-order credit (the Offers page and referral page describe the amounts differently, so check the live terms). The "We Reward Heroes" program offers professional pricing to licensed providers, first responders, students, teachers and military members. For anything new, check the Rajani MD coupon page.

Rajani MD FAQ

Dr. Anil Rajani, MD. The brand describes him as an aesthetic medicine practitioner with more than two decades of clinic work, the creator of in-clinic treatments it calls Plasmafill™ and Plasmasculpt™, and an educator on YouTube and in professional training programs.

The brand says a full charge gives about 6–8 ten-minute sessions on the Face and Jowl Mask, and the battery sits in the controller rather than the mask.

What's the most affordable way to try a PlasmaGLO device?

The LED Gua Sha Suite at $129 is the lowest-priced LED device we saw. Remember that discounted items are final sale.

Does Rajani MD ship internationally?

Yes, to most countries, with duties and taxes calculated at checkout and delivery in about 15–21 days.

Final verdict

Rajani MD is a founder-led store that backs its devices with real numbers: LED counts, wavelengths, battery sizes and session timers are all on the page. The Face and Jowl Mask is the centerpiece, the HALO is the premium upgrade, and the Gua Sha Suite is the affordable way in. The trade-off is a strict return policy, so be sure before you open a box or buy from the sale section. When you're ready, see today's Rajani MD deals.
