Rajani MD Questions Answered 2026: 12 Things to Know Before You Order

It's 11 p.m., the store is open in one tab and a comment thread is open in another, and every question you type into the search bar leads somewhere slightly different. Which mask? Will it come back if I hate it? Can I use my FSA card? Why does one gua sha cost less than half its listed price?

Olivia Reviews collected the twelve questions shoppers most often need answered before a first Rajani MD order and answered each one from the brand's own pages: product listings, the Offers and Subscriptions pages, the HSA/FSA collection and the Shipping + Returns policy, all checked on October 20, 2026. No guesses, no ratings, just what the store says.

Quick take: Rajani MD sells PlasmaGLO™ LED devices ($129 to $750), its own skincare and a handful of partner brands. Free continental US shipping starts at $95, every order gets a free gift, and devices carry a 2-year warranty. The fine print to remember: opened devices cost 10% plus return shipping to send back, and discounted items are final sale. See today's Rajani MD deals while you read.

About the Brand

1. Who is behind Rajani MD?

Dr. Anil Rajani, MD. His "Meet Dr. Rajani" page describes more than two decades in aesthetic medicine and credits him with the in-clinic treatments the brand calls Plasmafill™ and Plasmasculpt™. The online store lists its business address in Hood River, Oregon. Alongside its own products it stocks a few partner lines, such as Revision Skincare, NEWA and ASCEplus.

About the Devices

2. Face and Jowl Mask or HALO: what's the real difference?

Coverage, power and price. The PlasmaGLO™ LED Face and Jowl Mask ($425) has 234 LEDs and covers the face and the area under the jaw, with the battery housed in a separate controller. The PlasmaGLO™ LED HALO Hair, Face and Neck Mask ($750) has 258 LEDs, extends over the top of the head and down the neck, adds a PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) module with four LED and PEMF modes, and uses a 2,600mAh clip-on battery pack. Both list red (630nm), near-infrared (830nm) and blue (415nm) LEDs and 10-minute sessions.

3. What are the devices actually made of?

The masks are flexible silicone shaped to sit on the face. The PlasmaGLO™ LED Gua Sha has a beechwood contact surface over its LEDs. The CryoGLO Roller is the simplest of all: a stainless steel roller head, a soft matte plastic handle and a silicone cover. The masks, the LED Duo and the LED gua sha all charge by USB-C.

4. Is there a device for under $150?

Two. The PlasmaGLO™ LED Duo ($135) is a pair of small silicone patches for the under-eye area, with a charging case and nine-minute sessions. The LED Gua Sha Suite was listed at $129 against a regular $277, with HydraGLO Oil and a video course in the box. The difference that matters: the Duo was at full price, while the Gua Sha Suite was discounted, and Rajani MD treats discounted items as final sale.

5. What's new on the shelf in 2026?

The newest skincare additions are two Korean products from IDENEL in the store's Spicule Skincare section, each $220:

  • Revitalizing Spicule Boosting Serum, a first-step serum after cleansing built around copper tripeptide-1 (GHK-Cu) with the brand's ALTUM® peptide and micro-spicule technology, plus niacinamide and adenosine.
  • Revitalizing Spicule Nourishing Cream, a rich cream listed at 10 mL x 2, pairing ALTUM® peptides and micro-spicules with niacinamide, adenosine, several forms of hyaluronic acid, panthenol and allantoin.

Both are full-price, unopened-only returns like the rest of the skincare range, so if your skin is reactive, patch test first and follow the label.

About Paying

6. Can I use my HSA or FSA card?

For some products, yes. The Offers page says HSA/FSA-eligible products are clearly marked. On October 20, the store's HSA/FSA collection included the LED HALO, the LED Duo, the LED Lip and Mouth Device, the CryoGLO Roller, the Volufiline Cream, the Retinol A Serum, the plasmaSOMES™ micro-needle kit and NEWA devices. The Face and Jowl Mask wasn't in that collection when we checked, so look for the marking on the product page before you pay.

7. Are there ways to save without a promo code?

Several standing ones. Every order includes a free gift with no code needed. Subscriptions on eligible products take 15% off the first three orders and 20% from the fourth. The refer-a-friend page reads "Give $25, Get $50." And the "We Reward Heroes" program offers professional pricing to medical professionals, licensed providers, students, teachers and military members who confirm their status. Olivia Reviews didn't find a public first-order code; for anything new, check the current Rajani MD coupons.

8. Do gift cards expire?

No. The listing says Rajani MD gift cards never expire. They come in nine values from $10 to $1,000, arrive by email, and can be scheduled for a specific day with a personal message.

About Shipping and Returns

9. How much is shipping, and how fast is it?

WhereOptionCostTypical timing
Continental USStandard$7.95, free over $955–7 business days
Continental USUPS 2-day / next day air$19 / $1001–2 days / next business day
Alaska, Hawaii, US territoriesStandard / expedited$12.95 / $24.9515–20 / 3–6 business days
InternationalDuties prepaid at checkoutCalculated at checkout15–21 days

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days first, and the policy warns that holidays and promotions can stretch that. International orders ship DDP, so customs and VAT are paid up front; express isn't offered abroad, and shipping to the Middle East and Israel is temporarily paused.

10. Is Shipping Protection worth adding?

It's an optional add-on: $1.95 on orders under $100, $2.95 from $100 to $249.99 and $4.95 from $250. If the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, Rajani MD says it will replace it, and it states plainly that this is not insurance. On a $425 mask, $4.95 is a small price for that cover.

11. What if I don't like what I bought?

You have 30 days from delivery, through the Returns Portal. For devices, unopened ones get a full refund minus return shipping, while opened ones carry a 10% return fee plus return shipping. Opened skincare and supplements can't go back, and Korean sheet masks and Black Garlic aren't returnable at all. Sale, promotional, discounted and clearance items are final sale, and any free gift must be returned with the order or its value is deducted.

12. What does the device warranty cover?

Rajani MD devices carry a 2-year warranty with a free replacement for units that stop working; NEWA devices carry 1 year. Coverage runs from the date the original order was received and isn't transferable. Damage from misuse, neglect or improper storage isn't covered, so keep the storage bag and follow the care steps on each listing. If a part fails outside warranty, the store sells replacement controllers and straps at $50 each.

One Safety Note

Rajani MD's own mask FAQ suggests a light-sensitivity test on the inner arm and says to consult a doctor before starting LED light. If you're pregnant, sensitive to light, take medication that increases light sensitivity, have a seizure history or use an implanted device, talk to your doctor before buying an LED device. This isn't medical advice.

Final Verdict

Most Rajani MD questions have clear answers on the brand's own pages, and the answers point to a simple plan: decide between the Face and Jowl Mask and the HALO by coverage, check the HSA/FSA marking and the final-sale status on the product page, clear $95 for free shipping, and open a device only when you're sure. Then browse today's Rajani MD offers and order with no surprises.
