Prolon Review 2026: What You Get in Each Box on the EU Store

The calendar on the fridge has five squares ringed in green ink, Tuesday through Saturday, and a sticky note in the corner that says only "box arrives Monday." For most of that week there will be no grocery run, no wondering what to cook and no portioning. Everything has already been decided by someone else and packed into small cardboard boxes.
That is the pitch behind ProLon, a meal-kit brand whose flagship product is a five-day, plant-based food program. Olivia Reviews looked at ProLon's European online store, prolon.eu, which prices everything in euros, to see what each product contains, what it costs and which rules you should read before paying.
Quick take: ProLon Europe sells neatly organized, pre-portioned food kits, not a supplement or a gadget. The 5-Day kit costs €179 to €259 depending on the soup menu, and the one-day Reset kit is a €39 way to see the format first. Returns only cover unopened boxes, and the brand itself lists people who should not use the program, so a conversation with your doctor comes before checkout. See today's ProLon deals before you order.
Who is behind ProLon Europe
ProLon is a product of L-Nutra, which the brand calls a nutri-tech company. Its website says the program grew out of work by Dr. Valter Longo and his team at USC, the University of Southern California. The European storefront is operated by L-Nutra Italia S.r.l., with a registered address on Via XX Settembre in Genova, Italy.
One detail surprises many shoppers: there isn't just one European ProLon shop. The brand's international orders page sends visitors in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and several other countries to their own national stores. Prolon.eu covers the rest, from Ireland and Denmark to Poland, Croatia and Sweden. If you live in a country with a national store, compare prices there too.
The brand's name for its signature kit is the "Fasting Mimicking Diet", a trademarked label for a calorie-restricted, mostly plant-based meal plan eaten over five consecutive days. Olivia Reviews isn't in a position to judge what it does inside the body, and we won't repeat the brand's marketing claims here. What we can do is open the box, read the label and explain the price.
Read this before anything else
ProLon publishes a start commitment that shoppers agree to at checkout. It describes ProLon as a low-calorie diet and rules it out during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and for anyone with a nut allergy or an allergy to its other ingredients. Shoppers living with a diagnosed condition, or taking prescription drugs, are told to go ahead only with a medical professional's approval, and under their supervision. Our advice is simpler still: whoever you are, check with your doctor before beginning any restricted meal program, ProLon included.

Five ProLon products, one at a time
The 5-Day kit: five boxes, six menus

The flagship product arrives as a set of five small day-boxes. ProLon lists their contents as soups, plant-based energy bars, olive and kale-cracker snacks, herbal teas and supplements, with a meal card on top. ProLon's FAQ says you can eat each day's items in any order you like, as long as you finish them within that day and don't carry anything over. On day six, you move back to your usual meals.
You choose a soup menu when you order: Next Gen Expanded Variety, Next Gen, Variety 4, Variety 3, Variety 2 or the Original. The brand labels the kit mostly plant-based, gluten-free and non-GMO.
Reset 1-Day Kit: a single day in one box

The Reset is the compact sibling: one day of food rather than five. Open one and, per the product page, you'll find two soup mixes (Tomato and Butternut Squash), two bars (L-Bar Choco Crisp and L-Bar Nut), an Almonds & Kale Cracker, pitted green olives with sea salt, herbal teas without caffeine, plus an algal oil DHA capsule and an NR-3 multivitamin. The brand puts the total at 765 calories and positions the kit for a "5:2" eating routine. It was €39 when we checked, down from €49.
Nutrition Bar: three nut-based flavors

These bars are built on almonds, pecans and macadamias, finished with coconut, honey or chocolate chips depending on the flavor: Coconut Macadamia, Nuts & Honey or Chocolate Chip. ProLon calls them plant-based, keto-friendly and gluten-free. A box was €39 (listed at €43), and single bars were €3.99. The mixed variety pack was out of stock during our visit.
Fasting Shake: vanilla in single sachets

The shake comes as a bag of 12 individual vanilla sachets. The product listing describes it as gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free and vegan, with 21 vitamins and minerals, plant protein and prebiotic fiber. The price was €59 a bag.
L-Protein and the L-Protein Bar

For everyday use outside the kits, ProLon sells L-Protein, a powder in single-dose sachets that the brand says you dissolve in 300 ml of water. Its listed protein sources are pea, chickpea and black bean, and ProLon states 25 g of plant protein per serving. It was €69. A box of twelve 45 g L-Protein Bars was €48.90.

Pros and cons
What we like
- Every day's food is packed and labelled, so there is no meal planning.
- Six soup menus for the 5-Day, plus a cheaper one-day kit to try first.
- Ingredient and supplement details are listed on the product pages.
- Subscriptions take €10 off each 5-Day kit and can be cancelled.
- Free delivery on orders from €149.
What to watch
- A five-day kit costs as much as several weeks of ordinary groceries.
- Only unopened boxes can be returned, and the window is 14 working days.
- The brand excludes several groups of people, so it isn't for everyone.
- Some pages show "Save $20" in dollars, which doesn't match the euro prices.
- No public discount code was available.
Who it suits, and who should skip it
It suits adults in Europe who want a pre-portioned, mostly plant-based food kit, have already discussed it with their doctor, and like the idea of every choice being made in advance. It also suits curious shoppers who would rather spend €39 on a single Reset day than commit to a full kit straight away.
Skip it if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, allergic to nuts, managing a diagnosed condition or taking prescription medication without medical supervision, which are the groups ProLon names itself. Skip it too if you live outside Europe, because prolon.eu only ships within the region.
Ways to pay less at ProLon Europe
- Subscribe instead of buying once. On the Original menu that means €169 rather than €179.
- Start small. The Reset kit was reduced from €49 to €39.
- Bundle. The Beginner Bundle cost €151 (regular price shown: €188.90), and the Intermittent Fasting Bundle, which pairs the 5-Day with bars and a Reset kit, was €284.80 against €356.
- Combine orders to reach €149 and skip delivery fees.
- Ignore the HCP field unless you have a code. The cart's "HCP CODE (20% Off)" box is meant for codes from professionals registered with ProLon, and none is published.
Any public offer that appears later will be listed when you check our ProLon coupon page.

ProLon questions, answered
Why does ProLon have different stores for different countries?
The brand runs national shops for markets such as the UK, France, Germany, Italy and Spain. Prolon.eu, the euro store covered here, serves many other European countries, including Ireland, Denmark, Poland and Sweden.
Is the Reset kit just a smaller 5-Day?
It is a single day of food in one box: two soups, two bars, a cracker, olives, herbal teas and two supplements, totalling 765 calories according to the brand. ProLon positions it for a weekly 5:2 routine rather than as one day of the 5-Day kit.
Are ProLon products gluten-free?
The brand labels the 5-Day kit and the Nutrition Bar gluten-free, and the Fasting Shake gluten-, dairy- and soy-free. Read each ingredient list, especially if you have a nut allergy, because the bars are nut-based.
Is there a ProLon Europe discount code?
We didn't find a public code in October 2026. Subscriptions, bundles and the reduced Reset price were the real savings.
Final verdict
ProLon Europe is a well-organized way to buy a pre-packed, plant-based meal program: labelled day boxes, clear ingredient lists and several menus at €179 to €259. The strict return rules and the brand's own exclusion list mean it is a purchase to plan carefully, starting with your doctor. If you get the go-ahead, the Reset kit or a subscription is the sensible way in, and it is worth a quick look at today's ProLon deals first.
