ProLon Lineup Compared 2026: 5-Day, Reset, Bars and Protein Side by Side

Lay the whole ProLon Europe catalog out on a kitchen counter and it looks like a small grocery aisle designed by one very organized person. At one end, a tall stack of five white day-boxes. Next to it, a single slim box marked ReSet. Then a row of nut bars in three colors, a bag of vanilla sachets, foil packets of plant protein, a box of protein bars and a jar of almond and cocoa spread. Same logo, same clean packaging, very different jobs.
That's the problem this comparison solves. ProLon's European store, prolon.eu, sells multi-day kits, one-day kits, snacks, drinks and bundles that mix all of them, and the product names don't always make the differences obvious. Olivia Reviews lined up every product on the store in October 2026 and compared what's inside, how the brand says to use it and what to watch for.
Quick take: the 5-Day and the Reset are the two meal kits, and the real choice inside each is the menu. The bars, shake, L-Protein and spread are everyday extras, and ProLon is explicit that L-Protein is meant for normal eating days, not for kit days. Bundles combine them at a lower price than buying separately. See today's ProLon deals once you know which line you want.
Before anything else: ProLon calls its program a low-calorie diet and lists people who shouldn't use it, including anyone pregnant, breastfeeding, underweight or allergic to nuts, and anyone with a diagnosed disease or on prescription medication without medical approval and supervision. Speak to your doctor before ordering. Olivia Reviews compares products and labels only and makes no claims about effects on the body.

Five days or one: the two meal kits
The 5-Day: six menus, one structure

Every 5-Day has the same skeleton: five labelled day-boxes, each holding that day's soups, bars, snacks, teas and supplements, with a card suggesting how to spread them out. ProLon's FAQ says you can eat a day's items in any order, but you shouldn't carry them into the next day or swap items between boxes. On day six you move back toward your usual meals.
The choice is the menu: Original, Variety 2, Variety 3, Variety 4, Next Gen or Next Gen Expanded Variety. On price, the Original, Variety 2 and Variety 3 sit at the bottom of the range, Variety 4 a step above, and the two Next Gen menus at the top. Every 5-Day menu also has a Subscribe & Save option that is slightly cheaper than a one-time order, with the product page promising "No Commitments, Cancel Anytime."
Inside the menus: what changes between varieties

ProLon doesn't spell out the soup line-up of each 5-Day menu in text on the product page, so check the menu details at checkout if particular flavors matter to you. It does publish the soups for each Reset variety, which gives a good sense of the range the brand works with:
- Variety 1 (the classic soups): Tomato, Butternut Squash
- Variety 2: Vegetable and Black Bean
- Variety 3: Red Pepper, Vegetable
- Variety 4: Carrot, Ginger, Lentil
- Variety 5: Green Pea, Chives/Chickpea
- Next Gen Variety 1: organic ready-to-eat soups, broccoli and quinoa, and minestrone
- Next Gen Variety 2: organic ready-to-eat soups, artichoke and yellow tomato minestrone
The practical difference with Next Gen is format: the brand describes those soups as organic and ready to eat, while the other varieties use soup mixes.
The Reset: a whole day in one box

The Reset packs one day of food into a single box. The product page's nutrition section lists, for the classic version, a Tomato Soup Mix and a Butternut Squash Soup Mix, the L-Bar Nut and L-Bar Choco Crisp, an Almonds & Kale Cracker, sea-salt green olives, caffeine-free herbal teas, an algal oil DHA softgel and an NR-3 multivitamin and mineral softgel. ProLon suggests using it on any single day, or on two non-consecutive days a week in a "5:2" pattern. The Next Gen Resets cost a little more than the classic varieties, and when we checked, choosing a subscription didn't lower the Reset price.
Compared with the 5-Day, the Reset is the smaller commitment: one box instead of five, a fraction of the price and a quick way to taste the soups, bars and crackers before deciding on anything bigger.

Between the kits: bars, shakes, protein and spread
Nutrition Bar: three nut-based flavors

All three flavors start from almonds, pecans and macadamias. Coconut Macadamia adds coconut and sea salt (5 g plant-based protein per bar, per the brand), Nuts & Honey adds honey and sea salt (6 g) and Chocolate Chip adds chocolate chips and sea salt (5 g). ProLon labels the bars plant-based and gluten-free. You can buy a box or single bars; the mixed Variety Pack was sold out when we checked.
Fasting Shake: vanilla in sachets
A bag holds 12 individual vanilla sachets. The listing describes the shake as gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free and vegan, made with plant-based fats and prebiotic fiber, with 21 vitamins and minerals. It's sold on its own and as part of some bundles.
L-Protein and the Longevity Protein Bar

This is the product most often misread. L-Protein is a powder made mainly from pea, black bean and chickpea proteins, with olive oil, date, cocoa and a mix of vegetable powders, sweetened with stevia. ProLon states 25 g of plant-based protein per serving and suggests one sachet a day dissolved in 300 ml of water. Its own Q&A says L-Protein is not part of the fasting line and belongs on normal eating days. The label also says not to use it with thyroid dysfunction or any hypersensitivity to its ingredients.
The Longevity Protein Bar comes as a box of 12 bars of 45 g each or as single bars, described by the brand as vegan, with plant-based proteins and no GMOs, soy, artificial sweeteners or artificial colors.
Longevity Spread: the pantry item
A jar of spread made in Italy with Apulian almonds from the "Filippo Cea" brand, with cocoa according to the jar's label, sold singly or in a four-jar bundle. ProLon positions it as an everyday snack, for breakfast or whenever you like.
Bundles, decoded

- Beginner Bundle: a Reset plus a box of Nutrition Bars, with your choice of soup variety and bar flavor.
- Intermittent Fasting Bundle: a 5-Day, a box of Nutrition Bars and a Reset, again with menu and flavor choices.
- Summer Essentials: built around a Reset in your chosen variety; the page presents it with L-Protein, the Fasting Shake and an L-Biome supplement, so check the cart for exact contents.
- Everyday Fasting Nutrition: in stock, but its page didn't list contents when we looked.
- Longevity Bundle and Everyday Longevity Nutrition: sold out in October 2026.
Each in-stock bundle showed a sale price below its listed regular price. If you'd use every item, a bundle is the simplest saving on the store; if not, buy singles.
Which one fits which shopper?
- Curious, but not ready for five days: a single Reset, or the Beginner Bundle if you want bars as well.
- Planning a full 5-Day with your doctor's go-ahead: an Original or Variety menu for the lower price point, a Next Gen menu for ready-to-eat organic soups, and a subscription if you'll repeat it.
- Looking for everyday plant protein: L-Protein or the Longevity Protein Bar, remembering they're meant for normal eating days.
- Just want a snack: single Nutrition Bars or a jar of spread.
Rules that apply to everything
- Returns: unopened boxes or products within 14 working days of receipt; you pay return shipping and shipping charges aren't refunded. Damaged or incomplete orders are replaced after the product is returned.
- Delivery area: prolon.eu serves European countries without their own ProLon store; addresses outside Europe may be rejected.
- Shipping: free above a minimum order value shown on the site banner; a 5-Day on its own clears it.
- Codes: the "HCP CODE" box in the cart is for codes from registered professionals. We found no public code; new offers appear on our ProLon coupon page.

FAQ
Is the Reset the same as one day of the 5-Day?
Not exactly. It's sold as its own one-day kit with its own soup varieties, and ProLon positions it for single days or a 5:2 routine.
What's different about Next Gen?
The brand describes the Next Gen soups as organic and ready to eat, versus soup mixes in the other varieties, and Next Gen products cost more.
Can I drink L-Protein during a 5-Day?
ProLon says no: L-Protein isn't part of its fasting line and is meant for normal eating days.
Are the bars nut-free?
No. All Nutrition Bar flavors are built on almonds, pecans and macadamias.
Final verdict
Seen side by side, ProLon Europe's catalog splits neatly into two meal kits and a handful of everyday extras. Start with the question of five days or one, choose your menu by soups and format, and treat the protein products as normal-day food, as the brand itself does. Check with your doctor first, then compare today's ProLon offers before you build your cart.
