ProLon First Order Guide 2026: From Choosing a Kit to the Return Window

You've read about ProLon, talked it over with your doctor, and now you're looking at prolon.eu with a card in your hand. Six soup menus. A one-day box and a five-day box. A Subscribe & Save toggle, a pop-up offering a water bottle, and a code box asking for something called an HCP code. It's a lot of small decisions for a first order.
This Olivia Reviews first-order guide takes them in the order you'll meet them, from the store you land on to the day the box arrives and the return window that starts then. Prices are in euros, as listed on ProLon's European store on October 19, 2026.
Quick take: a sensible first ProLon order is either the β¬39 Reset 1-Day Kit, to see the format, or the Original-menu 5-Day at β¬179 (β¬169 with Subscribe & Save). Agree to the start commitment only after a doctor's go-ahead, order well before the week you have in mind, and keep boxes sealed until you're sure, because only unopened boxes can be returned. See today's ProLon deals before you start the checkout.
Before you order: ProLon describes its program as a low-calorie diet and lists people who shouldn't use it, including anyone pregnant, breastfeeding, underweight or allergic to nuts, and anyone with a diagnosed disease or on prescription medication without medical approval and supervision. Olivia Reviews explains the ordering process only and makes no claims about effects on the body.
Step 1: Read the start commitment before the menu
Most stores put the important rules at the end. ProLon's are effectively at the beginning, because you agree to them at checkout. The cart says that by clicking checkout you accept the Terms and the start commitment, so read that page first. If anything on its list applies to you, stop here and speak to your doctor. If nothing does, it's still worth that conversation before a first order.
Step 2: Check you're on the right ProLon store
Prolon.eu isn't the only European ProLon shop. The brand runs separate national stores for countries including the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and others, and prolon.eu serves the remaining European countries, from Ireland and Denmark to Poland and Sweden. The shipping policy says orders to addresses outside Europe may be rejected. If your country has its own store, compare that one before you build a cart.
Step 3: Choose your first product

There are really two starting points.
The Reset 1-Day Kit: one box, one day
The Reset holds a single day's food. Its product page lists tomato and butternut squash soup mixes, two nut-based bars, an almond and kale cracker, green olives with sea salt, caffeine-free herbal teas and two softgel supplements. The brand positions it for a 5:2 routine. The Original and its Varieties were β¬39 (down from β¬49) and the Next Gen varieties β¬44.99 (down from β¬54.99).
Choose it if: you want to see the soups, bars and packaging before committing to five days.
The 5-Day: the full program
Five day-boxes and a meal card. You eat each day's box in any order you like within the day, but you don't carry food over, and day 6 is a return to normal eating, according to the FAQ. The product page describes a cycle of "5 days on, 25 days off"; how often, if at all, is a question for your doctor.
Choose it if: your doctor is on board and you can clear five consecutive days.
Step 4: Pick the menu

The menu is the main choice inside each kit, and it drives the price.
| 5-Day menu | One-time price | Subscribe & Save |
|---|---|---|
| Original, Variety 2, Variety 3 | β¬179 (was β¬199) | β¬169 |
| Variety 4 | β¬189 (was β¬199) | β¬179 |
| Next Gen | β¬249 (was β¬279) | β¬239 |
| Next Gen Expanded Variety | β¬259 | β¬245 |
For a first order, the Original menu is the lowest-cost way into the 5-Day. If you have any food allergy, download the nutritional fact sheet from the product page before choosing: the bars and crackers contain several types of nuts, and the labels warn about possible nut-shell fragments.
Step 5: One-time purchase or Subscribe & Save
The 5-Day page offers both. Subscribe & Save takes β¬10 off each kit and is labelled "No Commitments, Cancel Anytime." It suits someone with a repeat plan agreed with their doctor. For a very first order, a one-time purchase keeps things simple; you can switch to a subscription later.

Step 6: Decide on add-ons (or skip them)

Free shipping starts at β¬149. Any 5-Day clears that on its own, so you don't need extras. A Reset on its own (β¬39) doesn't, which is where add-ons come in:
- Nutrition Bar box, β¬39 (was β¬43), in Nuts & Honey, Coconut Macadamia or Chocolate Chips.
- Fasting Shake, β¬59 for 12 vanilla sachets.
- Longevity Protein Bar, β¬48.90 for 12 Γ 45 g, or β¬2.99 for one bar.
- ProLon Sport Bottle, offered in the cart at β¬14.90 (the pop-up says "save 25%").
The Beginner Bundle (β¬151, listed β¬188.90) is built around the Reset and the Nutrition Bar, and clears the free-shipping line in one click. Only add what you'd actually use.

Step 7: At checkout
- The code box is labelled "HCP CODE (20% Off)." It's for codes linked to professionals registered with ProLon. We found no public code for general shoppers; any new one will show up on our ProLon coupon page.
- The agreement: clicking checkout means accepting the Terms and the start commitment.
- Payment: the cart offers Shop Pay, including an option to pay in four installments.
Step 8: Delivery and unboxing

Prolon.eu ships with UPS. The shipping policy says orders go out "within a reasonable time" and doesn't give a fixed delivery window, so order well before your planned start.
When the box arrives, check it straight away. The policy says damaged or incomplete orders are replaced at no cost once the product has been returned. Then put it away properly: most items are labelled "store in a cool, dry place," opened olives belong in the fridge, and the supplements should stay dry, below 25Β°C and out of children's reach.
Step 9: Know your return window
This is the step people miss. ProLon Europe accepts returns of unopened boxes within 14 working days of receipt. You pay return shipping, and original shipping charges aren't refunded. Practically, that means: don't open the outer box "just to look" until you're sure you'll use it.

Final verdict
A first ProLon order is less about the product and more about the sequence: doctor, store, kit, menu, payment, delivery, returns. Get those in order and the rest is choosing a soup. Start with the Reset if you're curious, the Original 5-Day if you're decided, and give UPS plenty of time. Then see today's ProLon deals.
