ProLon Black Friday Guide 2026: Plan Your Cyber Week Order Now

Friday, November 27, 2026. Eleven browser tabs are open, half of them flashing countdown timers, and somewhere in the middle sits a ProLon cart you started weeks ago and never finished. Which soup menu was it again? One-time or subscription? Will the box even arrive before the week you blocked out in January?

Black Friday rewards people who did their homework in October. So Olivia Reviews did it for ProLon's European store, prolon.eu: the wishlist, the choices to settle now, what's new on the shelf and the policies that matter for a holiday-season order. Prices are in euros, as shown on the store on October 20, 2026.

Quick take: on October 20, prolon.eu had not announced any Black Friday or Cyber Monday 2026 event, so nobody can tell you today what the discount will be. What you can do now is choose your kit, menu and add-ons, note the always-on savings (Subscribe & Save on the 5-Day, free shipping from €149) and learn the return rules, which only cover unopened boxes. Then, when the sales start, check today's ProLon codes and deals and check out in minutes.

Before anything else: ProLon calls its program a low-calorie diet and lists people who shouldn't use it, including anyone pregnant, breastfeeding, underweight or allergic to nuts, and anyone with a diagnosed disease or on prescription medication without medical approval and supervision. Talk to your doctor before you order. Olivia Reviews covers products, prices and policies only and makes no claims about effects on the body.

Step 1: Write the Wishlist Now

A Black Friday list works best when it's short and specific. Here's the ProLon catalog as it stood on October 20, with the prices the store showed that day. Use it as your baseline, so you can tell a real markdown from a reshuffle when November arrives.

Product	Price on Oct 20 (EUR)	Good for
ProLon 5-Day, Original / Variety 2 / Variety 3	€179 one-time, €169 Subscribe & Save	The lower-priced 5-Day menus
ProLon 5-Day, Variety 4	€189 one-time, €179 Subscribe & Save	A different soup rotation
ProLon 5-Day, Next Gen	€249 one-time, €239 Subscribe & Save	The ready-to-eat soup menu
ProLon 5-Day, Next Gen Expanded Variety	€259 one-time, €245 Subscribe & Save	The widest Next Gen mix
Reset 1-Day Kit	€39 (Next Gen varieties €44.99)	A single day in one box
Nutrition Bar, box	€39	Snack bars in three flavors
Fasting Shake	€59 for 12 sachets	Vanilla drink sachets
Longevity Spread	€11.90 a jar, €39 for four	An almond and cocoa spread

Write your exact variant next to each line (menu, flavor, size). On a busy sale day, the variant picker is where carts go wrong.

Step 2: Settle the Big Decisions Before the Sale

Five days or one?

The 5-Day is five labelled day-boxes with a meal card; the brand's FAQ says each day's items can be eaten in any order within that day, but not carried over, and you transition back to normal eating on day six. The Reset 1-Day Kit is a single day's food in one box. Decide which one fits your plans, and your doctor's advice, before the sale timers start.

Which menu?

The 5-Day comes in Original, Variety 2, Variety 3, Variety 4, Next Gen and Next Gen Expanded Variety. The homepage describes Next Gen as "ready to eat" soups made with organic ingredients grown in Italy, and it sits at the top of the price range. The Reset offers Original, Varieties 2 to 5 and two Next Gen varieties.

One-time or Subscribe & Save?

Every 5-Day menu has a subscription price that's €10 to €14 lower than one-time, and the product page says "No Commitments, Cancel Anytime." That's an evergreen saving, not a holiday promotion, so you can compare it with whatever November brings. On the Reset, the subscription price matched the one-time price when we checked.

Step 3: Know What's New on the Shelf

A few listings appeared on prolon.eu in mid-September 2026, so they're easy to miss if you last browsed in the summer:

Welcome Kit, €30.93. The listing has no written description; its photo shows Nutrition Bars and a jar of spread. Check the contents in your cart before you rely on it as a stocking filler.
Single Nutrition Bars, €3.99 each, in Chocolate Chips, Coconut Macadamia and Nuts & Honey. The single-bar listing says they're made in Italy and free from gluten, soy and lactose.
ProLon Shopper, €9.99, a branded shopping bag.

Single bars are handy for one practical reason: they let you taste a flavor before committing to a box, which is useful because the mixed Variety Pack box was sold out on October 20.

Step 4: Look at the Bundles, Then Check the Cart

Prolon.eu groups several products into bundles. On October 20 these were in stock:

Beginner Bundle, €151 (listed regular price €188.90). You choose a Reset soup flavor and a bar flavor.
Intermittent Fasting Bundle, €284.80 (listed €356). You choose a 5-Day menu (Original, Variety 2, Variety 3 or Expanded Variety), a bar flavor and a Reset soup flavor.
Everyday Fasting Nutrition, €136 (listed €169.90).
Summer Essentials, €166.52 to €172.51, depending on the Reset variety.

The bundle pages don't spell out every component in text, but the cart has a "Show items" toggle for bundles. Add the bundle, open that list and compare it with the single prices in your wishlist table. The Longevity Bundle and Everyday Longevity Nutrition were sold out.

Step 5: Read the Policies With the Holidays in Mind

Cancelling is easier than returning. The refund policy says orders cancelled before shipment are fully refunded. If you buy on impulse on Black Friday, decide quickly.
Returns: unopened only, 14 working days. You can return unopened boxes or products within 14 working days of receiving them for a full refund. You pay return shipping, and shipping charges aren't refunded.
Refund timing. Once your return arrives, the brand processes it within 10–14 business days. Contact info@prolon.eu first for return instructions.
Damaged or incomplete orders are replaced at no cost after the product is returned.
Delivery estimates are estimates. The shipping policy calls them good-faith estimates that may change, and says risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier. Track it on the store's Shipment Tracking page.
Europe only. Orders to addresses outside Europe may be rejected, and several countries have their own national ProLon store.

We found no published holiday cutoff dates, so if your plan involves a specific week in December or January, order well before it rather than counting on Cyber Monday delivery speed.

Step 6: Make the Free-Shipping Line Work for You

Shipping is free on orders from €149. Any 5-Day clears that on its own. Smaller carts don't: a Reset kit plus a box of bars comes to €78 at October 20 prices. If you're buying small items anyway, add them to the same order as a 5-Day or a bundle rather than placing two orders.

At checkout you'll also see a "HCP CODE (20% Off)" box. It's for codes issued through professionals registered with ProLon; we found no public code for general shoppers, and any new public offer will show up when you browse ProLon coupons. The cart may offer a ProLon Sport Bottle add-on, and Shop Pay offers payment in four installments.

FAQ

Will ProLon have a Black Friday sale in 2026?

We can't say. Nothing was announced on prolon.eu on October 20, 2026, and we don't predict discounts. Check back when the sales start.

Is Subscribe & Save worth comparing against a sale?

Yes. It's a standing price on every 5-Day menu, €169 instead of €179 on the Original menu, so it's a useful benchmark for any holiday offer.

Can I return a 5-Day I bought on sale?

The refund policy covers unopened boxes within 14 working days of receipt, with return shipping paid by you. Keep it sealed until you're sure.

What if my holiday order arrives damaged?

Inspect it on arrival. The refund policy says damaged boxes or boxes missing product are replaced at no cost after the product is returned; email info@prolon.eu for instructions.

Final Verdict

A good ProLon Black Friday is decided in October: pick five days or one, settle the menu and subscription question, note today's prices in a short list and read the unopened-only return rule twice. When November 27 arrives, you'll only need to compare one number against your baseline. Get your doctor's view first, then see the current ProLon offers before you pay.
