Buying From Mokinglobal: What They Sell, Shipping and Returns

Thinking about ordering from Mokinglobal? This page covers what the brand actually sells, what its own shipping and returns terms say, and what is worth checking before you pay. Everything below is taken from mokinglobal.com rather than from a press release.

Shipping

From Mokinglobal's own shipping terms:

  • Processing time — 2–14 business days before dispatch.
  • International delivery — offered, with timings that vary by destination.
  • Customs and duties — charged by your own country and payable by you, not by the brand.

Returns and warranty

From Mokinglobal's own refund policy:

  • Return window — 30 days.
  • Condition — items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Restocking fee — 15% is deducted on some returns.
  • Exclusions — final-sale and some other items cannot be returned.

Policies change without notice. Read the current version on mokinglobal.com before ordering — this is a summary, not a substitute.

What to check when buying a dock, hub or drive enclosure

  • The exact port standard, not just the connector shape. USB-C is a connector; the speed behind it varies enormously, and so does whether it carries video or power. Match the device's standard to your computer's actual specification.
  • Power delivery wattage, if the dock charges your laptop. A dock delivering less than your laptop needs will charge slowly or not at all under load.
  • Number of displays supported, and at what resolution and refresh rate. Many docks support two screens only by dropping the refresh rate.
  • Drive compatibility for enclosures — the form factor and the interface. These look similar and are not interchangeable.
  • Heat management. Fast drives and busy docks get hot, and sustained speed depends on whether heat can escape.
  • Operating system support, especially for macOS, where some docking standards behave differently.
  • Whether a power adapter is included. Frequently it is not, and buying one separately changes the price comparison.

Before you order

  • Compare the total at checkout, not the listed price. Shipping and tax appear at the final step, and on a cross-border order duties are added later again.
  • Check the delivery estimate against when you actually need the item, especially for a gift.
  • Read the return terms for the specific item. Sale and personalised items are the ones most often excluded.
  • Check the product page specification rather than the category description — size, fit and compatibility details live there.
  • Keep the packaging until you are sure, since most brands require original condition for a return.

How to use a Mokinglobal code

  1. Open our Mokinglobal deals page and pick an offer.
  2. Reveal the code — the Mokinglobal site opens in a new tab.
  3. Add what you want to the cart on mokinglobal.com.
  4. At checkout, paste the code into the Promo code or Discount field and click Apply.
  5. Check the order summary shows the discount before you pay.

Codes expire, hit usage caps, or get withdrawn without notice. If one does not apply, try the next offer on the page.

How we list Mokinglobal offers

We collect publicly available Mokinglobal offers on one page and link straight through to the brand. We do not invent codes and we do not publish discount figures we cannot see — where an offer has no stated amount, it is listed as a deal rather than a percentage.
