Buying From Mobile Pixels: What They Sell, Shipping and Returns

Thinking about ordering from Mobile Pixels? This page covers what the brand actually sells, what its own shipping and returns terms say, and what is worth checking before you pay. Everything below is taken from mobilepixels.us rather than from a press release.

Returns and warranty

From Mobile Pixels's own refund policy:

  • Warranty — 2 year stated.

Policies change without notice. Read the current version on mobilepixels.us before ordering — this is a summary, not a substitute.

What to check when buying a portable monitor or laptop accessory

  • Connection type, and what your laptop actually supports. A monitor powered and driven over a single USB-C cable needs that port to carry video, which not every USB-C port does. Check your machine's specification rather than the shape of the socket.
  • Whether it needs separate power, and whether that drains your laptop battery when it does not.
  • Resolution and refresh rate at the connection you will use. Some devices only reach their headline figures over one specific cable.
  • Panel type and brightness. These get used near windows and on trains far more than a desk monitor, so brightness and matte finish matter.
  • Weight and thickness, since the point is carrying it.
  • Stand or case. Many rely on a folding cover; check it holds the angle you want and does not slide.
  • Operating system support. Some accessories need drivers, and driver support on macOS and Linux is frequently narrower than on Windows.

Before you order

  • Compare the total at checkout, not the listed price. Shipping and tax appear at the final step, and on a cross-border order duties are added later again.
  • Check the delivery estimate against when you actually need the item, especially for a gift.
  • Read the return terms for the specific item. Sale and personalised items are the ones most often excluded.
  • Check the product page specification rather than the category description — size, fit and compatibility details live there.
  • Keep the packaging until you are sure, since most brands require original condition for a return.

How to use a Mobile Pixels code

  1. Open our Mobile Pixels deals page and pick an offer.
  2. Reveal the code — the Mobile Pixels site opens in a new tab.
  3. Add what you want to the cart on mobilepixels.us.
  4. At checkout, paste the code into the Promo code or Discount field and click Apply.
  5. Check the order summary shows the discount before you pay.

Codes expire, hit usage caps, or get withdrawn without notice. If one does not apply, try the next offer on the page.

How we list Mobile Pixels offers

We collect publicly available Mobile Pixels offers on one page and link straight through to the brand. We do not invent codes and we do not publish discount figures we cannot see — where an offer has no stated amount, it is listed as a deal rather than a percentage.
