One quirk: size 12 is listed as XL in the dress, coat and knit charts but as L in the pants and skirt charts. If you sit between two sizes, the "Size and Fit" note on the product page is your tie-breaker.
Pieces That Run Large: Size Down
KHAITE's most consistent "runs large" note sits on two trouser families. The Hunter Pant (we saw it in black velvet, black satin, black croc-embossed leather and desert sand) and the Ryden Pant (velvet, wool and leather) both say: runs large, recommended to size down one size. The model on those pages is 5'10" and wears a size 0.
In practice, if the body chart puts you at a 4, the brand's own advice points you to a 2 in these styles. The Hunter Pant in Black Velvet was $1,380 on October 27, with size 0 and size 8 sold out.

The opposite note appears on a different set of pieces:

Knits, Dresses and Coats: Mostly True to Size
For sweaters, cardigans, dresses and coats, the notes we read were almost all the same: true to size, take your normal size. The interesting part is the design intent, which KHAITE writes into each description.
