Gift Rules Worth Knowing First
- Sale means final. FORM doesn't accept returns or exchanges on sale items, and Last Chance purchases are final sale.
- Full-price items have a short window. The return policy page lists 14 days for a full refund with tags attached, and 30 days for store credit or an exchange.
- Gift cards can't be returned, according to FORM's refund policy.

$30 to $60: The Thoughtful Middle
The Practice Journal ($42)
A guided journal created by FORM's co-founders, built around morning prompts for reflection. The listing gives the details: a linen cover and 180 pages. It's the gift for the friend who's into routines, or who keeps saying she wants to start journaling and hasn't.
uniFORM Baby Crewneck, Sunny ($43.40, was $62)
For a new parent who already lives in FORM, the Mommy & Me pieces are hard to beat. The Baby Crewneck is 100% cotton terry with "FORM" across the chest, a custom Mommy & Me sleeve label and an oversized fit, in sizes 0-6M to 3T. Matching Baby Sweatpants are $36.40, and the grown-up uniFORM Crewneck in Sunny was $92.40. Some sizes were sold out when we checked, so look at stock before you plan a matching set.

$100 and Up: Cozy Statement Pieces
uniFORM Quarter Zip, Navy ($136)
An oversized, drop-shoulder quarter zip in 100% cotton, with FORM patches at the chest and sleeve and ribbed cuffs and hem. Because the whole uniFORM line is designed to fit loose, it's the most forgiving clothing gift in the shop, and it runs XS to XXXL. The black version was $102 on sale (was $136).
Other ideas at this level: the uniFORM Sweatshirt in Navy ($134), with a tall collar you can wear up or rolled down, and the uniFORM Zip Up in Heather/Navy ($142), a French terry hoodie with front pockets.
Activewear as a Gift: Only If You Know Her Size
FORM's leggings and bras are the heart of the shop, but they're sized precisely. The Core Leggings ($88) list waist ranges from 22"–24" (XS) to 39"–42" (XXXL) with a 27" inseam, and the bras come with support, coverage and cup-range labels. If you know what she wears, a Core Legging in a color she doesn't own is a safe bet. If you don't, choose a uniFORM piece or a gift card.
The Gift Card (and the Membership Question)
FORM's digital gift card is offered at $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, $250, $300, $400 and $500, delivered by email with a note of your choice. The important line: it can only be used in the FORM shop, not for the app.
What about gifting the workouts themselves? The shop sells memberships, with the first 37 days of the monthly plan for $22 (then $28 a month) and an annual plan at $138.99 for the first year plus a bonus week, and says the activation code arrives by email.
