Graphene-X Questions Answered 2026: 12 Things to Know Before You Order

The cart is open in one tab. In the other, you have the size chart, the shipping page and a half-read FAQ. You're about to spend a few hundred dollars on a jacket you've never touched, from a brand that talks about graphene, aerogel and membranes, and you still have a dozen small questions nobody seems to answer in one place.
So Olivia Reviews answered them. On October 20, 2026, we went through graphene-x.com question by question: the product Technical tabs, the FAQ, the shipping and return pages and the pre-order notes. Below are the twelve things shoppers most often need to know before they click Buy, each answered from what the brand itself publishes.
Quick take: Graphene-X lists exactly what each piece is made of, ships by express courier with free shipping on most orders from $189, and gives you 30 days to return unworn, unwashed items. Watch three things: duties are on you, return postage is on you (size swaps ship back free), and a few items are final sale or pre-order. See today's Graphene-X deals before you check out.

About the Fabric
1. What does "graphene-integrated" actually mean on a label?
It means graphene is built into the fiber of the fabric, and the brand tells you how much of the blend that fiber makes up. The FAQ's answer to "What materials do you use?" is simply to expand the Technical tab on each product page. Take the All Rounder Polo Shirt ($99): 90% graphene-integrated polyester with boron nitride and 10% spandex, a 140gsm fabric and 160 grams in total. Laser-cut, welded seams mean the whole shirt is stitch-less.

2. Where are Graphene-X clothes made?
The FAQ says the brand works with manufacturers in China, Taiwan, Japan, Vietnam and the US, among others. The tag on each piece names its country of origin.
3. Will a waterproof jacket stay waterproof forever?
No, and the brand says so plainly. A membrane and DWR coating protect well, but the coating wears off over time and the membrane can suffer from abrasion, flexing, heat or chemicals. Graphene-X suggests reapplying DWR every few years, washing less often, storing the jacket uncompressed and repairing damage quickly. For reference, the Everything Proof Jacket ($399) lists a shell face of 95% graphene-integrated nylon and 5% spandex over a PU membrane, rated 20K/20K.

Sizing and Stock
4. How do I know which size to order?
Start with the model line under the price. On the Layer-X Air tee, for example, the model is 6 ft 1 with a 39-inch chest and wears an L. Then open View Size Chart; Graphene-X charts list the garment's measurements, not your body's, and many pages add a "Fits Chest" range per size. On the GRAnaREC AIR Mid Layer, size M shows "Fits Chest: 37-40 inches."

5. My size is sold out. Is it coming back?
If a restock is planned, the product page shows a "Notify me when this product is available" option. Leave your email and the brand says it will tell you when your size returns. Stock really does vary: when we checked, the Performance Tech Shirt showed no sizes available, while the Kinetix Tank had every size in stock.
6. When will the Everything Proof Shell ship?
It's a pre-order at $449. The product page says it's scheduled to ship by early December 2026, and that an order containing only this jacket ships in December. If you need a jacket for a fixed date, plan around that. The brand's homepage was also taking pre-orders for new All Rounder Pants in Urban and Adventure versions.

Shipping, Duties and Returns
7. How much is shipping, and how fast is it?
Every order goes by express courier, normally DHL or FedEx. Below $189 you pay a flat rate that depends on your region. From $189, shipping is free to most destinations, though the FAQ notes a few items may still carry a charge because of their size or material, and some countries can be harder to reach.
8. Will I owe import duties?
Possibly. Prices don't include taxes, and any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility. The FAQ is firm on one point: if customs charges a fee and you decline to pay, the order won't be delivered and won't be refunded. Check your local rules before you order.
9. Can I return or exchange something?
Yes, within 30 days of purchase. Items should be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags. You pay the return postage, but if you're swapping for a different size, the new size ships to you free. Two exceptions: socks can't be returned, and some listings, such as the Nomad(e) Ultralight Waterproof Jacket, say "Final Sale - No refunds or size exchanges."
10. What if my parcel goes missing?
Email support@graphene-x.com. If the brand finds the order was lost or taken, it says it will send the gear again or, if that item is out of stock, give store credit. The FAQ states refunds aren't offered for lost orders. Also note that once the warehouse starts processing, the address can't be changed.
Money and Range
11. Can I use a discount code on sale items?
Usually not. The FAQ lists the rules: codes are for full-priced, regular-edition items; one-time and first-order codes work once; codes don't combine with other codes or promotions; and it's generally one code per order. There is one built-in saving on several tees and tanks: a "Tees Pack" volume discount shown on the product page, 5% off for 2, 10% for 3, 15% for 4 and 20% for 5. For anything else, browse current Graphene-X offers.
12. Does Graphene-X make pieces for women?
Yes. The ThermAdapt Heated Jacket (Women) is $399, with a Technical tab listing 50% graphene-integrated nylon, 25% Merino wool, 18% Tencel and 7% spandex, and the brand's iWarm heating. The Everywhere Jumpsuit ($119) is 66% graphene-integrated nylon and 34% spandex at 295 grams, and the Tank Air (Women) is $69. For something unisex and small, the new HYPAFUSE wallet ($79) is made of Hypalon synthetic rubber with RF-welded seams, holds six cards plus cash and weighs 43 grams.

What We Like and What to Watch
What we like
- Every product page spells out composition, fabric weight and garment weight.
- Free express shipping to most destinations from $189.
- Size swaps ship back to you free.
- A straightforward FAQ that admits waterproofing wears and explains care.
What to watch
- Duties and taxes are the buyer's job, with no refund if a parcel is refused.
- Return postage is paid by you, and socks and some final-sale items can't come back.
- Lost parcels are reshipped or credited, not refunded.
- Pre-order items ship on the brand's schedule, not yours.

Who Should Order Now, and Who Should Wait
Order now if you've measured yourself against the garment chart, you're shipping somewhere you understand the duty rules, and you want in-stock pieces like the tees, tanks or polos. Wait if you need a rain jacket before December (the Shell is pre-order), you like ordering two sizes and returning one, or you're buying a final-sale item without being sure of the fit.
How to Save
- Build to $189 for free express shipping, for example an All Rounder Polo, a Layer-X Long Sleeve and a Kinetix Tank ($277), all three showing the Tees Pack offer.
- Use the Tees Pack discount when you buy two or more eligible tees or tanks.
- Get the size right first, so you're not paying postage on a return.
- Check codes before paying. We found no public code on the site, so see what Graphene-X is offering today.
Final Verdict
Most Graphene-X questions have a clear answer if you know where to look: the Technical tab for materials, the model line and garment chart for size, and the FAQ for shipping, duties, returns and codes. The brand is open about its limits, from fading DWR to customer-paid duties, which makes it easier to buy with your eyes open. Measure carefully, read the line under the Add to Cart button, and build your cart to $189.
