Corsa Performance Gift Guide 2026: Keyloops, Hoodies and Tip Kits for Car People
You know the person. They back into parking spaces so the tips face the street. They've watched exhaust sound clips with headphones on, more than once, and they can tell you their truck's wheelbase without looking it up. Every December they're the hardest name on the list, because the thing they actually want costs more than a used couch and has to fit one exact vehicle.
Corsa Performance, the Berea, Ohio exhaust maker, turns out to be a useful answer anyway. Beyond its cat-backs and intakes, the brand sells branded gear, small garage extras and replacement tip kits for people who already run a Corsa system. Olivia Reviews went through the gear shop, accessories and published policies at corsaperformance.com on October 20, 2026, and built this holiday gift list by budget, with US-dollar prices and the return rules that matter when a present sits wrapped for weeks.
Quick take: For under $15, a Corsa keyloop or die-cut decal makes a no-risk stocking stuffer. For $20 to $60, the red-and-black T-shirt, hoodie or a FlexFit hat is the safe pick. For a Corsa owner, a replacement tip kit changes the look of the car without changing the system. Save full exhaust systems for when you know the exact vehicle, because installed parts can't be returned. See today's Corsa Performance deals before you buy.
The One Rule of Buying Corsa as a Gift
Corsa builds every exhaust and intake for a specific fitment: year, engine, cab, bed, wheelbase, sometimes even whether the car has factory valves. A surprise system is a gamble unless you're certain of every detail. And the stakes are real: Corsa's return policy accepts only new, unused, never-installed and undamaged products, requested within 30 days of purchase, with a restocking fee of up to 20% and no refund on shipping. Installed parts can't come back at all.
So the smart gift strategy is simple. Buy gear and accessories as surprises, and treat a full system as a "we'll pick it together" present.
Stocking Stuffers Under $15
- CORSA Heavy Duty Keyloop ($11.99): a key loop lanyard with a spring clasp, in black, red, blue or gold. It's the gift that ends up on the key they use every single day.
- White CORSA Decal, die cut ($4.99): about 8.25 by 1.75 inches, sized for a rear window, a toolbox or a garage fridge.
- Lid Screw Kit ($9.99): six 1/4-20 truss head screws and six rubber washers. A small, practical fix for someone who already runs a Corsa closed box intake and has lost a screw along the way.
Gift it if: you need something small for a coworker, a car-club Secret Santa or the bottom of a stocking.
Wearable Gifts, $20 to $60
Corsa's gear shop is small, which makes choosing easy. These were in stock in every size when we checked:
- Corsa Performance Sweatshirt, red and black: $42.99 in small, $47.99 from medium to 2XL, $52.99 in 3XL and $56.99 in 4XL. The obvious pick for cold mornings in the garage or the stands at a track day.
- Corsa Logo T-Shirt, red and black: $19.99 in small, $24.99 from medium to 3XL and $29.99 in 4XL. Easy to pair with the hoodie as a set.
One sizing tip: apparel isn't returnable once it's worn, and Corsa's policy says gear must be new, unworn and free from blemishes to come back. If you're unsure of their size, check the tag of a hoodie they already love before you order.
Hats for every head
Two hats were available on October 20, 2026. The Corsa Performance Trucker Hat ($32) is a FlexFit trucker style. The Snap Back CORSA Hat, Black with Center Patch ($32.99) is a FlexFit Classic snapback with a flat bill, high crown, six laser-perforated panels and a 92% polyester, 8% spandex build, in one size that fits about 7 to 7 3/4. Some other hat styles, the 20 oz tumbler, the water bottle, the backpack and the garage banner were sold out, so don't plan around them.
Gift it if: you want something they'll wear to every cars-and-coffee meet next spring.

For the Person Who Already Runs a Corsa System
Here's a gift almost nobody thinks of: new tips. Corsa sells replacement tip kits matched to its own systems, so the owner can switch from polished to a darker finish, or replace a tip that's taken a hit, without touching the rest of the exhaust. You'll need to know which Corsa system they have; the part number is on the instructions and the original listing. Three examples from the catalog:
- RAM 1500 5.7L (2019–2023) 5.0" Single Flat Cut Tip Kit (21046): two stainless flat-cut tips with clamps, $269.99 satin polished or $449.99 in gunmetal PVD. The black powder coat version was sold out.
- Tacoma, Colorado ZR2 and Gladiator JT 4.0" Single Flat Cut Tip Kit (14029): $159.99 polished or $179.99 Black PVD, for specific Corsa cat-backs on those trucks.
- 2024 Mustang GT and 2015–2017 GT 4.5" Single Straight Tip Kit (21258): $234.99 polished or $285.99 Black PVD, for Corsa fastback and convertible systems.
Doing the install together? A clamp kit in 2.5, 2.75 or 3.0 inches costs $29.99 for two, $45.99 for three or $59.99 for four.
Gift it if: they've mentioned, even once, that the tips "would look better in black."
The Big One: A Full System, Chosen Together
If you want to fund the real thing, systems run from under $1,000 to more than $4,000 depending on the vehicle and options. Rather than guess, sit down with the vehicle selector together, listen to the product video for their exact part, and check the CARB status on the product page if they live in California or a state that follows its rules. Corsa offers Affirm financing at checkout for big orders, subject to eligibility.
What about a gift card? Corsa's policies mention CORSA Digital Gift Cards, which are final sale, but we didn't find one listed in the online store when we checked. Call customer service at 1-800-486-0999 if you'd like to ask.

Holiday Timing and Delivery
Shipping speed. Corsa's shipping policy says most in-stock items ship within 1 to 2 business days, and items not in stock still ship within 2 weeks in most cases. Parts are built to order, and the site says most orders ship within a week.
Who signs for it. Apparel and gear orders may ship via USPS without a signature. Other orders usually get an adult-signature requirement added, which you can ask to remove by replying to your confirmation email (not possible on orders of $3,000 or more). US orders can't go to a PO box.
Where gear ships. Apparel and gear currently ship only to the United States, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
The return clock. The 30-day window starts at purchase, not on the day the gift is opened. Gear of equal value can be exchanged without a restocking fee, though shipping may be charged. Apparel and gear carry no warranty.

Who This List Is For
Great for: partners, parents and friends shopping for a Mustang, Camaro, Corvette, Jeep or pickup owner, car-club gift exchanges, and anyone helping a Corsa owner personalize a system they already love. Skip it if: the person drives something Corsa doesn't support, or you were hoping to surprise them with a complete exhaust without knowing the vehicle details.
How to Save on Corsa Gifts
- Free shipping over $100: US Ground orders over $100 ship free, so a hoodie plus a tip kit clears it easily.
- GovX: US military, veterans and first responders can verify through GovX for a single-use code, which Corsa says can't be combined with other offers.
- Newsletter: the site's sign-up promises exclusive deals and new product information.
Offers change through the season, so check current Corsa Performance offers before you place the order.
Corsa Gift FAQ
Can I return a hoodie that doesn't fit?
If it's new, unworn and unmarked, yes, within 30 days of purchase after calling Corsa first. Gear of equal value can be exchanged without a restocking fee, though shipping may be charged.
Does Corsa sell gift cards?
The policies mention CORSA Digital Gift Cards, but we didn't find one for sale online on October 20, 2026.
Will a replacement tip kit fit any exhaust?
No. Each kit lists the specific Corsa systems it's made for, so confirm the part number of the system on the car.
Can gear ship to Canada?
Not at the moment. Corsa says apparel and gear ship only to the US, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, while other products can ship to Canada, Mexico and most other countries. Before ordering abroad, browse Corsa Performance offers and contact the brand for a shipping estimate.
Final Verdict
The most-used Corsa gift isn't always the loudest one. A keyloop or decal fills a stocking, the red-and-black hoodie and hats cover the middle of the budget, and a replacement tip kit is a thoughtful upgrade for someone who already runs a Corsa system. Keep the full exhaust for a shopping date with the vehicle in front of you, mind the 30-day return clock, and order early enough that built-to-order parts arrive before the wrapping paper comes out.
