According to its Our Story page, ALT. was founded in 2019 by Michael Saba while he was still in college, after he fell for luxury fragrance but couldn't justify the price. 11. What happens if I don't like my scent?
This is the part to read twice. ALT. accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days, on orders placed in the continental US, for store credit only, issued as an ALT. e-gift card. The bottle must still hold at least 95% of its liquid and come back in its original packaging, including the velvet pouch.
